2. 新舊狀況評分

每件貨品均按照其新舊狀況有一個星級評分:

 

***** 新簇,沒有任何明顯或甚少的歲月和穿帶痕跡。貨品如有此狀況,很可能甚少或從未被用過。

**** 甚佳的狀況,有一些輕微的歲月或穿帶痕跡,通常是不重要的或要近看才發現。

***良好的狀況,有一些歲月或穿帶痕跡,但仍可以使用或配帶。

 

如貨品被評有四星或三星,網站會提及瑕疵的位置及有關詳情。請明白大部份貨品已收藏了過半個世紀,所以應以另外一個準則來評價古董和陳年物件。

 

3. 尺寸參考

請仔細留意每件貨品的尺寸資料。所有尺寸資料僅作參考,如需更多詳情,請點擊這裡致電郵給我們。

 

4. 付款

a) 歡迎香港顧客透過本地銀行轉帳過數,或在試戴及面議時直接付款,請點擊這裡電郵給我們。

b) 本網站接受PayPal付款。閣下可以透過PayPal以Visa卡、萬事達卡或美國運通卡付款。以PayPal付款,無須向本網站透露你的信用卡資料。

當閣下在「購物籃」點擊「付款」後, 請登入您的PayPal賬戶,您可選擇從您的存款中扣數或以信用卡付款。如閣下沒有PayPal賬戶,閣下可輸入您的借記卡或信用卡資料完成付款。

 

5. 不設銷售稅

香港沒有開徵銷售稅,故在本網站購物無須繳付銷售稅。

 

6. 關稅和入口稅

當包裹抵達目的國家,可能會被開徵關稅或入口稅,此稅項需由收件人負責。不同國家開徵的關稅和入口稅各有不同。因我們不能掌握這類收費或稅項的資料,恕未能提供有關收費的估計。 如有疑問,請閣下在訂購前聯絡所屬地區的海關部門查詢相關收費,以避免意外的付費。

 

7. 寄貨

除非閣下在網上訂購時遇上連績的香港公眾假期,貨品通常會於付款後的兩個工作天內寄出。所有貨品以掛號郵件寄出,附有追蹤編號。

 

郵費

香港 ﹣ 本地掛號郵費全免。

中國大陸、澳門、日本、南韓、星加坡、馬來西亞、台灣 ﹣ 每張訂單固定為港幣$80 (約美金$10)

美國、歐盟國家、俄羅斯、加拿大、新西蘭和澳洲 ﹣ 每張訂單固定為港幣$120 (約美金$15)

 

非本港訂單均由香港郵政提供的掛號空郵寄出,附有追蹤編號。閣下於訂購後會收到一封附有郵件追蹤編號的訂購確認電郵。如您在預計日子後仍未收到貨品,請到以下連結追查:

亦請閣下詢問保安服務台、大堂或鄰居有否為您代收郵件。如閣下仍未能追蹤到郵件,請點擊這裡致電郵給我們。

 

8. 退貨條款

退貨安排只限郵購交易;面議交易或直接交收恕未能安排退貨或更換貨品。

 

如閣下想退貨或更換貨品,請點擊這裡連同貨品資料致電郵給我們。貨品如符合以下條件可獲安排更換、預留金額作下一次購物或全數退回:

a) 貨品的新舊狀況跟網店的描述相同,可作重售;並保留完有的包裝;

b) 貨品需被寄回 EMILIANA,並附有追蹤編號;

如未能以上述的條件退回,我們會聯絡閣下並通知被退貨品的實際狀況。貨品會被寄送回顧客,並不獲退款安排。

 

退還金額

不論閣下選擇換貨、預留金額作下一次購物或作全數退款,所涉及的退還金額將會是您購物時所付的金額扣除整個包裏的實際郵費。例如,您的訂購金額總數為港幣$1000,而當中的貨品總額為港幣$900、郵費為$100;您所獲的退款將會為港幣$900。如閣下是在香港訂購而無須繳付郵費,實際的退還金額需扣除整個包裏的實際郵費。金額會透過 PayPal、或以本地銀行轉帳(如交易於香港進行)退還 。

 

9. 私隱條款

香港的《個人資料 (私隱 )條例》有關直接促銷活動的修訂自二零一三年四月一日起正式生效。在 EMILIANA,您的個人資料於收集、使用、儲存、保安、轉送和接觸時均獲保障。您的個人資料 (包括您的名字、地址、電郵、電話號碼、傳真號碼)只會用於 EMILIANA 的貨品推廣和電子宣傳。根據香港的法律和條例,我們絕不會與第三者分享您的個人資料。除非閣下提出反對,我們會繼績以上述的用途使用您的個人資料。

1. Fitting and trial

Hong Kong customers are welcomed to request fitting and trial of all products. Please click here and write to us to arrange private viewing.

 

2. Star rating on condition

Each of the items in this site has a star rating according to its condition:

***** Mint condition with no major signs of age or show very little to minimal wear. Items in this condition were likely infrequently worn or have not been worn at all.

**** Excellent condition with minor signs of age or wear, usually insignificant or can merely be seen with a close look.

*** Good condition with some obvious signs of use or age, but functional and wearable.

Usually if an item is rated with four or three stars, we will advise the location of the wear or flaw with other details. Remember, most pieces have been stored for more than half a century and one should judge all vintage items with a different standard.

 

3. Size reference

We highly recommend you to check the size information carefully. All size information is approximate and if you need more details, please click here and write to us.

 

4. Payment

a) Hong Kong customers are welcomed to pay by local bank transfer or arrange face to face transaction, please click here and write to us.

b) We accept payment by PayPal. You can use Visa, MasterCard and American Express with PayPal. Using PayPal would avoid from exposing your credit card number to merchants.

When you checkout at “The Cart”, log in to your PayPal account. You can select your debit or credit card each time you make a payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can enter your debit or credit card information during checkout to complete the payment.

 

5. No sales tax

You will not be charged for sales tax on your purchases since Hong Kong has no sales tax.

 

6. Customs and import charges

Any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel are responsible for these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these duties and charges and will not be able to provide you with such cost estimates. Should you have concerns, it would be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you place an order to avoid from having to pay any unexpected charges.

 

7. Delivery

Unless the time of your order coincides with consecutive public holidays in Hong Kong, our items will be shipped promptly, generally within 2 days after the receipt of payment. All items are shipped by registered mail, a mail service with records of posting.

 

Shipping Cost

Mainland China, Macau, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan – a fixed shipping cost of HK$80 (approximately US$10) will be charged per order.

United States, member states of the European Union, Russia, Canada, New Zealand and Australia - a fixed shipping cost of HK$120 (approximately US$15) will be charged per order.

 

We ship international orders via registered airmail postage with tracking number provided by Hongkong Post Office.

A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you after you have placed your order. If you still have not received your items by the estimated delivery date, please check the following link to trace your order:

Please also check with your security desk, lobby or neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, please email us by clicking here and quote your order information.

 

8. Return policy

Return or refund can only be arranged for online orders delivered by shipping, but not for face to face transactions.

Should you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please email us by clicking here quoting the item details that you have.

Items purchased may be returned for exchange, store credit or refund if they meet the following criteria:

a) Items are in the condition as described in our website, in re-saleable condition and kept in its original packaging.

b) Items are returned to EMILIANA with a tracking number

If the item(s) returned to us do not meet the criteria as described above, the customer will be contacted and notified as to our findings. The item(s) purchased will then be shipped back to customer and no refund will be given.

 

Value of your return

Where you opt for an exchange, refund or in-store credit, the value of the return will be the price of the item at the time of your purchase. It will not include shipping charges of the whole parcel.

For example, if your total order was HK$1000 in which are the item price (HK$900) and freight (HK$100), the value of your refund will be HK$900.If your order was made in Hong Kong with free shipping charge, the actual shipping cost has to be deducted from the value of your refund.

Refund will be sent via PayPal or local bank transfer if the transaction was made in Hong Kong.

 

9. Privacy statement

A new amendment to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in Hong Kong relating to direct marketing took effect on 1 April 2013.

At EMILIANA, we are committed to safeguard your personal information in respect of its collection, use, retention, security, transfer and access. Your personal information (including your name, postal, email addresses, telephone number, fax number etc.) will be used only by EMILIANA for the promotion of its products and for the publication of its electronic newsletters. We will not share any of your personal data with a third party, in accordance with the Hong Kong laws and ordinances.Unless we receive your objection thereto, we will continue to use your personal data for the aforesaid purposes.
